Recovery 101: The Big Three

The perception of recovery on social media often involves advanced methods that don't achieve the desired adaptation. Don't get me wrong, plunging into an ice bath or getting into a cryo chamber is cool, but is it doing what we want? By breaking down recovery to the basics, we can identify methods that provide a significant return on investment.


In today's blog, I'm sharing a presentation I gave at UCO a couple of years ago, covering "Recovery 101: The Big Three." Enjoy!
